Rainer Kunz, founding and senior pastor of West Sound, has been in full time ministry for over twenty years. Rainer received a bachelor's degree from Biola University and his master's and doctorate from Talbot School of Theology. He and his wife, Susan, are the parents of three sons and two daughters.

Ricki Lee Brooks is a seasoned missionary and pastor with over twenty years in ministry. He has two grown sons, Matthew and Daniel, and a teenage daughter, Jessica. He has degrees from Western Washington University and Multnomah Graduate School of Ministry (now Multnomah Biblical Seminary).
